The hotel is located in a charming little town in Germany that was perfect for a New Year's getaway. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the spa was a great way to relax after exploring the town. the breakfast was also quite nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.
There were some aspects of the hotel that we didn't enjoy. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

Very friendly staff :) Nice indoor pool and breakfast!
Only german tv channels :( no movies to rent etc. The "superior" room is like a nice regular room - Pick the "superior"!

Nice village and local scenery
No tea and coffee in room. As it is a premium hotel the TV has only German stations. It has BBC in the compendium but when asked to get us an English channel we were told that is all there is.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und Bars. Man hat einen grandiosen Panoramablick über den Hafen und das Containerterminal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und fein. Das Bett war super bequem und wir haben super geschlafen.
Die Flure waren drückend dunkel.

The hotel is excellently located, in the heart of a charming small town - the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. the room itself was well-kept and spacious, with modern facilities that allowed us to enjoy our stay comfortably. the staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The restaurant staff were a disappointment. Although they were courteous, they were unclear about the details of our deal and failed to properly prepare our dishes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming town. The location was perfect, being right in the center and surrounded by beautiful green areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free car parking right in front of the hotel.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved the central location on the canal, making it easy to explore this charming town. The hotel facilities were spotlessly clean and the breakfast included delicious local and homemade items. Staff were very welcoming and even went the extra mile to make our special occasions extra special. The parking space in the backyard was also a great convenience.
Nothing it is perfect.
